I was surfing the web this morning for crock pot recipes, but after seeing BL's delicious chicken recipe, I figured who better than you ladies for some delicious meals.
BL - on your salsa chicken, do you cook on low all day? Do you use chicken breasts? whole, cubed?
Sorry, I don't have much to add, I've pretty much used my crock pot for making cheese dip.

Re: Crock Pot Recipes
http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/ is always a good resource.
My favorite crock pot recipe (read: the only one I can remember but it's really good) is Apple Pork Chops. This is very similar to the recipe I use except I don't use the chicken soup and I put my sweet potatoes in from the very beginning. You could use sliced apples and brown sugar instead of the pie filling.
With All the Trimmings
Just do it!
I have all my faves on my pinterest so if you have that you can take a look there.
I do low for 8 hours and I use whole chicken breasts and just break off however much I want when its done. The chicken is so tender it falls apart.
I think I love this blog. Yum! I can't wait to try some of these this winter.
