Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

i'm a little bummed about some of my favorites being on this list!!! definitely something to consider, though!!!

Ditto this- dont eat any of that.
Yeah....I've never had anything that's on that list. In fact, we don't even have a large number of those restaurants in our state!
But it is a good reminder that just because something sounds healthy, that doesn't mean it is. Anything made with dressings, mayo, cream, butter, oils....all that stuff can easily sneak in lots of extra calories and fat.
