The weather here is just yuck today. It's sort of raining, but mostly just miserable.
I made up for Sunday's lack of craftiness yesterday. Erin and I made a last minute dash to Michael's just before 8 (we couldn't find hours posted, so I'm not sure if they close at 8 or 9....) to pick up some felt and a vine wreath. I then proceeded to make up a whole bunch of felt rosettes. Holy crap they're easy and cute. Tonight I'll glue them to the wreath and maybe even take a picture! We also raided the paint section at Home Depot for about a billion paint chips. I'm not sure exactly what I'll be doing with them yet, but at least they're in the house now.
Tonight, no plans. Hopefully I can muster the energy for a workout!

We have a weird fog and rain situation today, too. It's supposed to be back in the 80s, so hopefully the house doesn't get super muggy and gross while we're at work. I hate that I can't be home to rotate opening windows and curtains and such to keep the house a good temperature.
My first day back at work was completely crazy. I feel like I was in constant motion from 6am until 11pm when I finally crashed in bed. I'm hoping it was just a fluke, and it won't always be like that. I had to do laundry yesterday so that didn't help. Sitting at my desk at work is like taking a really long break.
Tonight is total garbage TV as far as I know, so I might just go for a crazy early bed time and wake to pump around 11. I'm tired just thinking about it.

Lastnight I got a little quality time with DH, but we realized that we are well overdue for some "us" time. He is calling his mom today to see if she can watch the boys Saturday afternoon so we can have a date day. I am really excited for that.
Today is filled with meetings, and then tonight I plan on getting the bathroom cleaned. I hate a messy bathroom, and ours is out of control.

I have been gone a while as I have been trying to get into the new swing of things at work. I am finally getting used to my new hours and I am not nearly as exhausted. Today I plan on continuing knitting my blanket and maybe starting/finishing a wee toque for the girl I care for. I also plan to go to the gym after work.
Good morning! We've been in a cloudy, rainy, warm, high humidity holding pattern for a while now. I'm ready for crisp fall mornings and blue skies again.
Nothing much going on here. Last night we did laundry, then just relaxed together. Tonight we have a celebration dinner for our book review website; apparently some well-known biographer is going to be there. I haven't read any of her books, but it should be interesting.

Good morning!
I'm not loving this weather but hopefully the rain holds off. Today we're having a playdate with someone I met at my prenatal class (whose son is only 2 weeks older than Darian). I'm pretty excited about that. I'm hoping the weather holds up so that we can go outside for a walk. Yesterday we had a playdate with my BFF and her 19 month old which I hope we can do often.

It's gross here too. It's cool out, foggy and drizzling.
Last night I caught up on Top Chef Just Desserts with a friend of mine. We had dinner and enjoyed some wine. It was nice to catch up with her.
I'm hoping for a quiet day at work. I should also have a relaxing night at home. I'd like to get to bed early tonight to finally kick this cold/flu for good.

Yesterday was a very intresting today. Jordan's tooth that has been loose for a week or so came out at some point yesterday and he had no idea until I picked him up from my moms after school. He cried the entire way to soccer pracitce because the tooth fairy couldn't come. We wrote a letter to the tooth fairy telling her/him we were sorry so she/he came last night!
Today is a dreary cloudy rainy day here also but of course suppose to be steaming hot by this afternoon. I am so so so so sick of the hot weather. Where is fall? DH is off work today and tomorrow so I am looking foward to being able to come to work early and not have to cook! I am hoping to get in a walk this afternoon if the rain has stopped.
It's overcast and muggy here today. I am feeling much better, but I'm not so sure about Rex. He may have to go back to the vet.
I've got a lot on my plate today at work, so I hope it's a productive day. A friend and I are going to play pub quiz tonight, so it will be a late night, but should be fun. Silver lining, I can have a beer this time.

Morning Ladies!
Yesterday was rough, I went home around 4, made dinner and then fell asleep around 7. DH didn't get home until 9 last night and won't get home until about 11 tonight. Long days of work for him.
Tonight, I have a haircut and then I really need to run to the grocery store. We'll see if I make it. I don't like to do that without DH these days. It's amazing how much work the little things seem right now. Other than that I am counting down to 5, or 4 depending on what I can do today.

Good morning! We have beautiful weather today, high of 78*. Much better than yesterday's 89* day, I'm over summer and ready for fall.
Today I'm getting my nails done at lunch with a friend. I'm trying Shellac for the first time and am really excited to see how it turns out.
Tonight I really need to do some laundry and get a grocery list put together since I didn't get any house work or grocery shopping done this past weekend.
Good Morning! We woke up to baby momma drama and it made my morning turn downhill quickly. It might be about time for a user name change for me - even though I've been using this name on TN since 2004 and variations of this name since the days of AOL.
Last night I wanted to be crafty only to realize I was down to 5 hot glue sticks and that wasn't going to get me far on my cork letters. Fail.
I think I would describe today as...interesting.
I got into work (at the small hospital) only to realize that the pharmacist who was there yesterday had done NONE of the clinical follow up left over from Friday or the weekend. I'm at my wits end with her. There really is no managerial presence over there and it seems like she is used to doing whatever she wants. You know what I want, you to take care of the patients. About to flipmyshit on her. I drafted an e-mail to her asking what happened yesterday and waited until I cooled off and came home and had DH look at it. I will await her response and then I'm going to the management at the bigger hospital (who she should be accountable to)
Otherwise I woke up at 5am and went for a 5 mile run and then headed off to work where I felt rage. Made a presentation to the ER nurses and then spent my lunch at a lab system meeting and then stayed overtime.
Hopefully tonight will be to bed right after Glee and then I'll sleep in a bit tomorrow (7am) and head off to my OB appointment.
Today was fine...just busy. Got up at 4:30 and got in 4 miles before work, then got tons accomplished at school today and actually feel somewhat caught up/planned, which is the first time all year. Then we had a faculty meeting that went well, and I had to run some errands to pick up baby gifts for a coworker who is due beginning of October (we are having a little surprise shower for her on Thursday).
Now I am home and Ed just got home and we are going out to dinner.
