Nothing special here....made chicken tacos last night, but it was nothing fancy or worth sharing, i just used a packet of taco seasoning from the store :P

Last night we made nacho bake- it's not the healthiest but it's delicious. You layer velveeta shells (mixed with sour cream) and seasoned ground beef and cheese. bake for 15 minutes, then top with salsa, more cheese and crushed tortilla chips and bake for 5 more minutes.
Tonight is just a frozen garlic bread pizza.
I have been making a lot of new recipes lately. This weekend DH and I made warm chocolate bready pudding (by Paula Deen), parmesan crusted asparagus, and creme fraiche/gruyere au gratin potatoes. All of it was super yummy and not incredibly difficult.
