Food: One Dock (Kennebunkport), Academe (Kennebunk), Clay Hill Farm (York). All of these are nice but not so expensive that you have to take out a second mortgage to buy dinner. I wasn't all that impressed by the Steakhouse in Wells; the one time we went, my dinner was just ok.
No idea about the massage.
