Appraisal Question
Okay, I think I understand this, but I need some reassurance from my nesties that I'm thinking this right. We just got the appraisal back on the house we are under contract with. We signed the contract for $155,000 and the house was appraised for $160,000. That's good right? I haven't heard back from my LO yet, but I'm thinking that we wanted it appraised for higher than what we wanted, right?
