I think my friend is hearing things
Friday at our girls night dinner, my friend L mentioned she was going to FL to visit her sister in Feb. My friends bday is first weekend in Feb and she went to FL last year to celebrate it too. I said, Oh that's cool, sounds like it will be a good time! L is like, You should come! It would be so much fun! To this I answered that it probably wouldn't happen, not w/a 4 mo. old and could you just see me lugging a breast pump on the plane to use all weekend, um no. I thought that was the end of it.
Last night DH, L and some other friends were out to dinner, and L asked DH about the FL trip. DH didn't know what she was talking about, and L was surprised I didn't mention it to him. He tells me this after he got home, and I said I never said I was going!
I mean, really?? Why would she think that was a good idea? Maybe under other circumstances, but I don't see this new mom going anywhere for a little while!
