I'm trying to cover some clear glass cabinet doors and since I'm not very crafty, I thought stick on paper would be easiest. Most I've seen has the adhesive on the back, then the design on the front, but I'd prefer the adhesive be on the front side so I can stick it to the inside of the glass and see it from the outside - make sense? Does anyone know where I can find this or how it can be accomplished?

You could check out this website. The window film is adhesive free so I would imagine that you stick in on the inside of the cabinet and see the pattern through the outside. I have never used it though so I'm not 100% sure. GL!!
