  • i know they have it at the Destination Maternity store on weekends.  also my midwife's practice has it- Full Circle Womens Health.  both in white plains.  fwiw, i took prenatal yoga in the city with dd and i didnt really find it helpful until you start to get big.  if you are used to exercising the classes are ridiculously easy.  i actually found a video that i thought was much better than any prenatal class i took and i tried out 2 different prenatal places in manhattan.  here's the link if you're interested, it's based in the bikram yoga (hot yoga) series but there is no heat involved and the poses are modified to be much easier.  ps, if you get it, consider yourself warned that it was filmed in the early 90s and the outfits are ridiculous!   http://www.bikramyoga.com/Rajashree/rajashree_preg_yoga.php

  • Thanks. I think I'd rather a class because I doubt I would pop the dvd in every day to work out. I'm lazy right now and forcing myself to go somewhere sounds like a much better plan.

  • Jennifer Congrats!!! I just saw you are pregnant. Destination Maternity has classes at their White Plains location. If the schedule hasn't changed they have classes on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday mornings (Saturdays are really crowed) and Tuesday evenings. The instructor is great. You can go and pay for class or go for their 10-class package. I used to go there when pregnant and really enjoy it.
