We also ate and went to bed around the same time when we lived in Vietnam.

2:) What time do you usually eat dinner during the week? It varies! Usually somewhere between 6 and 7 PM. (Earlier on days I Zumba since class is at 7:30).
3:) What time do you go to bed during the week? I would say we usually head upstairs around 9:30 or 10 (or at least DH does), and we're asleep by 10:30/11. We get up at 5:30 AM so we tend to go to bed early! (Unless I have Zumba or am watching the Steelers, lol).

ETA: Why the poll? Mere curiosity?
It just feel that the days are longer here. I dont know if I can explain it well but in the States at 4 or 5 in the afternoon I was getting ready to go home and relax. Basically, I was done for the day. Here, at 4 or 5 it seems that the second half of the day is about to begin. I dont know if it feels that way because a lot of places still close during the afternoon and dont open again until 5.30. I just feel more tired. I was wondering if this has to do with eating dinner late. I cant imagine going to bed by 10 but it sounds so nice.

I'm weird. On the 2 nights I have class I eat when I get out of work. Same for the night I have choir practice. So, like 5 or 5:30. On nights when I don't need to be somewhere 7 or 8 is normal.

In bed around 11, put the sleep timer on the tv & fall asleep sometime during Colbert (1130-midnight) usually.
