half way through the work week! wooo! i had to stay at work sooooper late yesterday and that was irritating. first day back from vacay is always like that i suppose.
i love-love-loved the heavy heavy rain we had last night. that was fun

A friend and his GF are coming over for dinner tonight and I'm excited for that.

We've got housecleaners in our house right now, so I may go hang out at a coffee shop for an hour or so, because it's always awkward to be here while they're cleaning your mess, haha.
Then I go pick up FI's mom/her husband from the airport. And craziness ensues!!

My group has two new guys on the team, so I have spent the last two days making sure they know where everything is and can get something done. Now it's time for me to get something done ... FINALLY. This must be how managers feel every single day of their lives.
I got into the office at 7:45, so that no one will be around to bother me.

I am sooo cranky today, but if people would do their jobs right I wouldn't have to be so cranky.
After today I officially have one week left of work. I am off to the doctor here in an hour too. I am hoping to be more dialated. Maybe she'll tell me I can't go back to work.
Today is my last day at the gym too. I am only going to chat with my trainer and for a free smoothie.

OMG, tonight will be our third try at going to the Crepe Cafe. I bought a groupon and it's going to expire today - of course I forgot to use it earlier (we actually each bought one and used the other one a couple months ago - I love this place).
So we go Monday, I forgot that it's closed on Mondays. We were both hungry and had to run errands at northgate, so we ate in the food court. Show up last night and because I didn't put 2 and 2 together, of course they have a 2 hour wait (it was 7pm) because of all the people trying to use the groupon. We were clearly hungry because we started arguing for the sake of arguing and went to McDonad's because it was close and fast.
All I freaking want in a crepe!!! I don't want gross fast food (although sometimes I do, but not two nights in a row), I just want my wonderful crepe.

Today has been pretty good so far. Busy since it's new comic book day. I found out I get a raise, so yay!
Also, How I Met Your Mother season 6 came out yesterday on dvd and I'll be getting that on my way home from work. Yay! So excited!
