my lovely lady lump - surgery tomorrow
As an update to my neck lump that I posted about a few weeks ago - I am having surgery tomorrow morning to remove the lymph node.
I had a CT scan and the node didn't "highlight" with the contrast, but apparently not all lymphomas highlight. The size is also on the very high end of normal, so my doctor gave me the option to have it removed and biopsied and I took it. So if you could send some T&Ps if you're so inclined, I would appreciate it!
Also, Blythe's eye is gunky again after her ductal probe surgery. If it's not allergies and the allergy drops don't work in the next week, she'll have to have surgery again and then in 6 months. Gah - here's hoping that's not necessary.
Thanks all!
Blythe, born 6/5/10, and Oscar the dog (not pictured), adopted 11/16/07

Re: my lovely lady lump - surgery tomorrow
Good thoughts headed your way!
love is for every her, love is for every him, love is for everyone
I will definitely be thinking of you and B! Good luck!
Dang! Everything seems to come all at once, doesn't it?
T&Ps for a smooth surgery & recovery; a clear bibopsy; and for B's eye to clear up on its own.
Good thoughts to you.
Delilah's eye gets gunky when she has an ear infection - which she currently has - so I feel your pain there. :-(
