Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

my cat got so excited he peed
my cats love catnip. i went to the pet store today and the clerk talked me into buying the YEOWWW catnip toy. he was saying that his cats like catnip but go insane over this toy. i should have just walked right out but instead i paid $7 for the banana toy.
my cat has never peed out of the litterbox in 7 years and he got so worked up that he turned around and marked it! he really wanted everyone to know it is "his" apparently. i have never seen anything like it. in fact, i had this toy first in a basket on my desk and now they are going crazy trying to get in the basket - the toy was only in there a few minutes but must have left the smell. i haven't even seen them this crazed with just straight catnip.
of course now my cat is in a coma. i just wrote the company to see if the toy is washable. i'll be annoyed if i just spend $7 on a one use toy!

My cats are obsessed with Yeoww stuff. They have these little fish called stinkies and they hug them and lick them. I wouldn't give them to them if it made them pee though! No way! My cats also have the banana and the rainbow, but the rainbow has been missing for like 4 months. We'll probably find it when we move.
I also got one for my cat back home and she surprisingly didn't care. I was shocked after seeing my cats' reaction.
Is there a catnip equivalent for dogs?
My little dog, Calvin, has peed with excitement in the past. No bueno.
