After a sucky doctor appointment this morning with Peyton, getting sucky results, that will forever alter her life.
We got the news that USDA approved everything and commitment letter by tomorrow, and we are scheduled to close 8am friday. (our 3rd attempt). Our short sale approval expires Friday so please, please don't let anything else 'pop up' or 'go wrong.'
It sucks we aren't more exciting with the given news, but at this point I just want all of this to be over & move this weekend!

I never realized so many people on here were doing USDA loans like I am. And it seems like everyone says that things have pushed them back or stalled them....does that happen a lot? As of now I am scheduled to close Oct. 25 and the wedding is Nov. 11. I hope it doesn't get puched back to after the wedding!
