How are you all today? What are your plans for the day?
I don't have to be at work until 9:30 so that's nice. I have a few phone calls to make this morning before I go in so hopefully I can get a few things taken care of. E has class tonight so I'm going to run to the grocery store to finish up our menu for next week. I love this leftover thing we have been doing! I cook quite a bit for one week, or at least the nights E is home and something in the crockpot or something I cook just for me on Mondays and then a few smaller meals on the weekends. Then we have leftovers for lunches and dinner for E and myself on the nights he has class for about 2 weeks. So I'm cooking a lot less during the week but still eating homemade foods! YAY!
Then I have to clean my house because E and I are keeping Miss C all day Saturday for our friends so they can go do something for their anni.

I'm working from home. Sophia is napping at the moment. I have a ton of laundry to fold today and I really need to bust out my vacuum and hit the carpets...they're disgusting. I'm also looking for a cheap rental house in the Poconos for the Columbus Day weekend.
At least it's a short walk to get something to eat after it's over with.

Morning! I'm OK. Some sad news this morning from my sister. She's miscarrying right now for the third time. Meanwhile her husband's relatives are pregnant again and she's smoking and guzzling Mtn. Dew throughout her pregnancy. Life just isn't fair, is it?
Otherwise, things are good. FIL gets in tomorrow and I'm spending the day cleaning and grocery shopping!

Today I woke up in a good mood. I got my hair colored last night and then was able to skype a little bit with hubs and what do you know the sun is out!!
My mom is coming in tomorrow for the weekend. We will likely spend time watchign college football, cooking and just getting to enjoy each other's company.
I also know that today it Thursday!! WOO HOO only one more day until the weekend!!!

Working like a mad woman as crunch time for a massive multi-month in the works project finally comes to a close and my entire department is ready to let out a collective sigh of relief and tears of joy. It's been incredibly stressful and we're all exhausted and toeing the line of being professional and frazzled beyond reasoning.
I'm having a hungry day and it's driving me bonkers - so glad it's close enough to lunch time that I can heat up my lasagna that I brought for lunch. The cereal, grapes, cheese and apple slices are long gone. And so is my one pitiful cup of coffee.
I shall be sleeping in on Saturday with much relish and am grateful for the gorgeous weather that is coming our way for the weekend. Hoping the ground dries up enough so that I can go to the park and really enjoy it all.
Morning! I have work all day today which is unfortunate. After work I'll probably straighten up the house some more and possibly make a pumpkin lasagna for dinner. I have my daily workout planned for tonight so that'll keep me busy.
I'm really looking forward to the weekend because Pottermore (Harry Potter geek alert) opens up Saturday so I'll probably spend the weekend playing that.

I'm trying to get some work done. The October issue of the newsletter I'm editing is due out in two days and it's nowhere near done yet. I'm letting DS play with H's box of miscellaneous computer parts in order to accomplish this.
I have book club later and I'm really looking forward to it.

I need to get a few things done around the house. I'm going to go through my closet and take out clothes I no longer want or wear. Hopefully I can sell some of it. I also need to work on a meal plan for next week. We'll be doing our grocery shopping this weekend. And last, but not least, we need to give the pup a bath.
