I feel like flowers and butterflies have become the norm for little girls. Definitely #1. I love it!
ETA: Learning Express has (or at least the did have) an adorable blue and pink elephant "piggy" bank. I got it for my niece's nursery a few years ago.
I'll be the dissenter and vote for the obvious butterflies. lol
But seriously, either one is super cute. The first one is probably easier to accessorize.

Stupid non-mom question... what are the things hanging off of the dressers? Is that a laundry hamper or something?
Those are diaper stackers. You're supposed to put diapers in there for easy access and so they look 'pretty' in the room instead of just out.
