Looks like we will hopefully be homeowners in less than a month!
We put an offer on a short sale house a little over five months ago and we got word that the bank approved our offer today! Now we just have to get the inspections done and pray the house is okay so we can close before October 31st. I'm so freaking excited and nervous!!!!

Sorry, I don't want to post any links b/c the house is still listed. It's a 2-story split level SFH with cream colored siding and brick, 3 br, 2 1/2 bath and 1/2 acre yard.
