Honestly, it would depend on the issue- how much over weight ( 10-30 lbs would be different than 50-100lbs) and it would also depend on my child and how sensative or hard headed they might be about the situation. Gender might even play a role- I think I would prefer the use of unhealthy weight with my girls and a different term for a boy.
I'm sure this isn't much help, but I just couldn't check a box and after staring at it decided to post my snowflake.
I picked "weight problem" because that is what I would expect if my child were underweight as well.
Chances are, if they have a major weight problem I would have already noticed.
