What Fall Shows Are Going to Make It?
Every season I get invested in new shows and they end up cancelled. So far, I have started watching Up All Night, Revenge, X Factor and Playboy Club...I know there were a few other shoes I wanted to see too. So what am I missing and what is going to make it do you think?
Re: What Fall Shows Are Going to Make It?
I hope that Revenge and Playboy Club make it. But I always like a show (or 2) every year that gets cancelled! Seriously crossing my fingers!

I hope Revenge makes it to the end of the season and they tie everything up. Same with Ringer. I don't think either can have a second season. Or at least I hope not because I don't want them to be too drawn out but I like them for what they are now.
I think Pan Am will get cancelled. Same with Up All Night and New Girl.
I've only seen episode 1 of Ringer (but have a season pass) and I like it also.

I liked Revenge, actually DH liked it also. I watched the first ep of Up All Night, but was eh about it. From what I have read the 2nd ep was better so I might give it another shot.
I was not impressed with Pan Am especially after all the hype and doubt if I will watch any further episodes.
Eonline had an article about this just today.
Basically it said the following were stars: New Girl, Two Broke Girls, The X Factor
These have solid starts: Revenge, Whitney, Pan Am, and Person of Interest
These are boarderline: Unforgetable, Up All Night, Carlie's Angels
These don't look good: Prime Suspect, Playboy Club (whose second episode was way, way down apparently) A Gifted Man, and Free Agents
They didn't really talk about CW which I think makes sense because CW has such a different measure of how a show does. I don't remember the CW cancelling a show really early like the other networks do except for that show a few years ago about the model in NYC. They normally seem to give shows at least a half of year or a full year which I think is nice.
I really like Pan Am and Playboy Club so I hope they continue on but, knowing my luck, they probably won't make it.

ugh I think The New Girl is terrible, tried to watch again tonight and it was unbearable. Not funny and she is so irritating.
every year terrible shows go on though, just look at 2 and a Half Men!

According to the ratings, a LOT of people disagree with you, and that is what it comes down to!
I agree with most of these. Except for 2 Broke girls. I watched the first episode but couldn't make it through the 2nd. It's horrible and predictable IMO and the music is annoying. I also didn't care for Charlie's Angels which is borderline. I called that being cancelled when I was watching it.
I wasn't feeling the 2nd episode of the Playboy club but I kinda hope it sticks around because I like the premise and think it has promise.
I hope Up All Night Makes it. I love Maya Rudoplh but her character may need to be toned down just a little to make it more believable. I think she's hilarious but sometimes its too much over the top.
Glad the CW follows a different formula. I'm enjoying Ringer and have Hart of Dixie waiting for me on my DVR this weekend.

I like the New Girl. I know it's kind of stupid but I like it anyway.
I hope Terra Nova makes it because I like it a lot.
No clue about the others as I haven't watched any of them yet. I dvred Person of Interest but haven't got around to watching yet.
I think the New Girl is awful. I tried to like it, but it is so forced. I will stick with it for another couple of episodes (I felt this way about Happy Endings at first and now I love it).
I am excited for American Horror Stories on FX to start next week. And Once Upon a Time looks like it will be great.
The only new show we've really enjoyed is Person of Interest.
We've given Up All Night, New Girl, and 2 Broke Girls a chance but are meh about all of them. I'm not sure that I see any of them coming back for a second season, but the only one I've seen more than one ep of is Up All Night (and disliked both eps equally). I don't see 2 Broke Girls making it, I don't think there are enough big names tied to the cast. If Up All Night makes it, I think it's based on star power alone. New Girl could definitely go either way.

I think Playboy Club and Pan Am will die soon.
I think Up All Night will hang on for at least a half season, maybe more. New Girl will get a full season and then die slowly in its second.
I'm torn on X Factor. It was incredibly expensive to make, so I think it'll get its full season. I'm doubtful it'll get a second one without some serious revamping. It was booooorrrrrring.
I really hope Up All Night makes it!
I couldn't watch more than 5 minutes of Two Broke Girls before I turned it off... and The New Girl looks awful to me... and even the commercials for Whitney bother me.
I watched Whitney because I watch Parks and Rec and DH watches The Office. Whitney was terrible.
THIS!!! So far the new Fall shows have been meh.... but I am really looking forward to see what American Horror Story will be like. Plus, I LUUUURVE Connie Britton!
