Under contract!
So after years of looking, over 100 viewings, and 6 offers that fell through for one reason or another in the last 4 months, we're finally under contract to purchase our first home! The best part is we got an amazing deal on it because the current owners needed to sell fast so they could buy a new house they were in love with. Annnnd added bonus, Erika is my new neighbor! Here it is:

Such high expectations for me as a neighbor! Well I'm just excited the house went to such deserving, eager, and nice people- just what you want in the neighborhood. Everyone will be pleased to hear I've got the seal of approval of the "new folks."
I'm excited you got a great deal and can't wait for you to be around! You can borrow a cup of sugar or ask us to watch any pets any time! I'm literally right around the corner! (Just watch out for us when we take James for tricycle rides down your street.)
