So You Think You Can Dance Tour 2011
A while back I posted about my mom buying tix and how I didn't want to go because I wasn't crazy about the last season. We go every year though so she bought them without even telling me.
Well, my dad got sick and my mom couldn't even go! So I nearly GAVE the tix away but at the last minute went with my sister in law. I am so glad I went! It was actually really good! I was pleasantly surprised. The dancers have obviously been working really hard. And the show was just put together well- the choreography, costumes, set/graphics, music, etc... really beautiful.
They changed the format completely. It was like an entirely different show compared to the previous shows. This year the dancers did not talk, joke, and do little "bits" like they normally do but I think the producers knew they didn't have the personalities to pull it off. LOL
