I'm planning a surprise party for my Mom and Aunts 60th birthday. When feeding a lot of people what are your favorite recipes? I was thinking lasagna, salad, veggies, bread and cake. I feel like I need another large main dish. Any suggestions?

I like the idea of the lasagna and bread and salad...you could do loaded baked potato soup and they can choose their toppings...or maybe another pasta like pasta carbonara or alfredo for folks who may not want meat in their dish???
The pulled pork idea is great because it's in a crock pot and easy but not sure if you wanted a theme or doesn't matter.
