Re: my sister's GF got a BFP
Congrats, you're going to be an Auntie!
I think that's normal too. I know that our pregnancy won't be as exciting b/c our children won't be their first either. sigh.
I'm gonna say normal. Granted, I didn't originally feel this way. My brother had his kids when I was 11 and then 16 so I had no real thought re: kids anyway back then. When J's sister had her first, we were barely married and not even thinking of kids yet, so again I didn't care. I feel differently now tho - seeing that SIL's kids get preferential treatment (mainly the first born). *sigh* C'est la vie.
Congrats to them!
And it is completely normal. When my little sister got pg right out of high school I was majorly stung. It didn't matter that I was only 20, in a brand new relationship (with future H), and nowhere near ready to have kids myself. I was not going to have the first grandchild (or even the 2nd). So I prayed that we would get to have the first grandSON, and we did. Don't beat yourself up about. You aren't the first to feel this way.

Congrats on being an Aunt!!
Totally normal. Its ones of the things that bothers me the most about our infertility!!
And yes, totally norml. My brother & SIL had the first Grandchild.. I always thought it would be me.. Then they had the 2nd just 4 months before I had my son. My parents now have 5 Grandchildren unfpder the age of 4.. And each and every one of those babies is so exciting and thrilling to them.. Grandchildren make their grandparents nuts... I shouldn't have worried at all...
aw yay
and yes, totally normal i'd say.
traycee, that pic of noah! omg, what a doll!
