What do builders typically give home owners @ closing?
Do home builders give the new home owners a gift after closing?
Our real estate agent gave us a $100 gift card after we closed on our last house, so I'm wondering if builders typically do the same thing. What did you get?

our builder gave us a cheap bottle of champagne and delivered a hot meal for 5. I think in conversation they asked how many people were helping us move - and I mentioned three other people, so they brought dinner.
However, it was meatloaf and I'm a vegetarian.
