I have always done the shot for Blake but this year am thinking of going with the Mist- anyone else do the Mist for their preschooler??

H had shot, did not get the flu.
K had mist, and got the flu.
DH had shot, got the flu
I got shot, did not get the flu

We've always done the Mist, or at least as long as it's been available to them.
Is he allergic to anything?? for some reason I thought he was, and I don't think they can have it if they are allergic to eggs? And maybe something else...
All Flu meds have egg in them (unless you get the egg free vaccination, usually from an allergist). People who can't have the flu mist are immune compromised, asthmatic, or others with similar illnesses because the mist is the live virus while the shot is not.
