can doctors prescribe massages?
So, I have a thing going on. I thought I had a pinched nerve, but the doctor has decided that even if it is pinched, it is due to tense muscles. I joked with DH that I should have asked him to prescribe a massage. Joking aside, I think I need a massage to relieve some serious tension. And, if a prescription is possible, I could go for free. A regular massage would cost me...

yep
its not quite as zen as going to a spa, but its not bad either!
I assumed it would be through PT. If only I could get my frustrating GP to call me back, I could ask about it. I always remember I need a new doctor when something is wrong with me!
