Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My mom got a message on her answering machine the other day from the unclaimed funds department at the bank where we had my father's estate account. Apparently it was approaching the time limit for the account being inactive and they were going to have to turn the funds over to the state if we didn't claim them.
We were unaware that there was anything left in the account since our lawyer handled all of the finances immediately following his death because my sister and I were young and had no clue what we were doing.
Anyway, turns out we both get a little over $3,000, since there was about $6,100 left in the account! We can afford the dining room set after all
