XP: Advice for mailing cookies to DH
I wanted to send DH some chocolate chip cookies for his birthday, and I need some advice on how to pack them to make sure they're
still fresh when they get there. DH is on a ship, so I'm expecting it
to take up to two weeks for the package to get to him. Thanks for the
help!

Holy crap, that's a long time! This is the first deployment he's been on since we've been together, so this is new to me
Thanks for the help, everybody!
It just really depends. It was pretty standard that it was usually about 2 weeks, but around the holidays it took longer, and when the ship was moving around a lot it would take longer. It also depends on the size of the box and type of shipping you do. I almost always use the large flat rate boxes, but once in a while if he needed something big sent (like a new sleeping bag) or something really small and sent quick I'll do different size packages and they can take longer sometimes.
