Can I was HeatnBond appliques or will they come off?
I have the regular heatnbond, not the lite... is it washable? Or will they come off in the wash? I have a friend who wants me to make a onesie for our mutal friend who is coming home from Iraq with letter appliques on it. And, I just don't want them to fall off the first time she washes it!

The super strength one washes ok. Anything else I always hand sew around the edges or else it peels off after one wash
