Recommend a garage door repair company
My garage door hasn't been closing properly for a while now. I don't know if I need to repair or replace the door. Anyone have any recommendations? We're in St. Paul

We used JD's Garage Door Service to install our door and opener a few years ago. He was really easy to work with and affordable.

Their top rated company? Metro Garage Door Co has 158 reports and an A rating. 78% A, 9% B, 3%C, 4%D, 6% F? people said things like: ?They repaired one garage door opener and serviced two garage door openers. The price was exactly what they quoted.? ?We had trouble with our garage door not fully opening or closing?.. The tech was very professional and friendly and we believe made every effort to repair our old opener before recommending a replacement.? ?It is the 4th of July and ? I need a service call today. This company will do that BUT the price is $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. I could practically buy a new garage door for that amount of money. This is what I call highway robbery.? Apparently there is a guy named Todd who most of the F reports refer to.
JD's Garage Door Service has two reports, both giving him an A.
Northern Doors has 11 A reports, 1 D and 1 F. Both bad grades were for not showing up on time (once for an ?emergency? and the other was appeared a mix up on the call where the woman said she was home, but didn?t answer or didn?t get the phone message).
