Put on Makeup for first time since wedding!
I am waiting for DH to be home from work so we can go to this haunted town. Since I had time I actually did my hair and put on makeup for the first time in over a year!
It feels so good to look nice!
I am scared to death to go to this thing but excited to be going out with DH.

It always nice to meet other ladies who know they are beautiful with and Without make-up.
Let us know what Halloween town is like, you are very brave going, I know I couldn't!
I feel that, I wear makeup maybe 2-3 times a year. It's just too much work to me.

I LOVE makeup!!! ha
I don't wear it heavily at all, and though I have a lot of fun eye shadows and things, I mostly just like seeing the pretty colors organized at my vanity...
I think it's fun to wear it; not like I need it. Well, I NEED chapstick. That's a survival thing for reaaaal. But I have to wear loads of makeup at work (while performing, not teaching obviously) and so I think I prefer a minimalist approach to daily life because of that.
I wear a bare minerals powder, under eye concealer, a bit of blush, and mascara basically everyday. I like tinted glosses and chapsticks too. That keeps me looking polished and fresh but not "done".
But if you looked at all my loot you would suspect otherwise haha
