I'm here! Bouncing around the office and getting a shitton done. I'm ridiculously excited for our trip this Saturday (AHHHHH!).
QOTD: Some underwear and sweater from Gap. I'm really frustrated though because I've been slowly rebuilding my wardrobe and of the new shirts and sweaters I've purchased, THREE are ruined already. 1 H put in the washer (wool sweater, hot water, super shrinkage), 1 got a bleach spot on it, and 1 is shedding like mad (probably from being tossed in the washer-- thanks again H)

QOTD: Fabric to cover the new headboard. And a staple gun to attach it with.
I had a fun weekend. Saturday we went to one of H's suppliers house near Saint Tropez. The place was amazing and backed out onto the beach.
Saturday night we went to a friend's birthday party. We stayed out way too late and slept most of the day yesterday. Thank goodness FIL was here to babysit!
H is leaving tomorrow for Paris, I'm looking forward to having him gone so I can do whatever I want.
QOTD: A pair of flats from Iron Fist. They have zombie heads on them. They have amazing heels too, but unfortunately too high for me.

QOTD: a bunch of cds with the gift vouchers my colleague gave me. Lasy "real money" purchase was tickets to the Vatican museums.

I'm not too bad. This weekend we changed times to spring forward, so I am "time-change-hung-over." It takes me a few days to adjust to the change; no matter which way we go. We tried to avoid Grand Final madness by going to the movies, but we failed. Though The Smurfs was a cute movie -- fun and cute, but not one I need to see again. And the song gets stuck in your head far too easily. Sunday I spent over 3 hours watching the Alabama/Florida game online, but I cleaned house during halftime. And today it's back to work and the routine.
QOTD: Well, my most recent non-food/grocery purchase was DH's Christmas present (tickets to the Spicks & Speck-tacular and a weekend in Melbourne), but the most recent purchase for personal indulgence was 10 new pair of fun and funky socks, including one pair with metallic pink and silver hearts.

Good morning! My weekend was good; I tried to enjoy the amazing weather we're having in London as much as possible
QOTD: I bought a huge pack of wooden hangers for our closet, so we can finally fully unpack and get settled. I'm working on customizing one for each of my bridesmaids, which is fun. I'm not super crafty, but want to do a few little DIY projects for the wedding and thought the personalized hangers would be an easy one to start with.
Morning all. I had a great weekend enjoying the sunshine here! Can't believe that it's really October. The London GTG on Sat was a lot of fun and great to see and meet some more nesties! I had a nice girlie night with a friend in the evening, drinking wine and watching Bridesmaids.
Yesterday, I went to the gym, got my hair cut and then went and sat in the park for a while to read and enjoy the weather. DH got home last night, so spent some time catching up with him.
QOTD: I ordered some new trousers and a fall jacket on line, which were delivered on Saturday. The trousers have a really weird fit, so they will be going back, but I really like the jacket. I've been looking for a fall coat for ages now, so happy that I've finally found something I like.

Morning! Weekend was good, had drinks with a friend on Thursday, was just lazy on Friday, headed to Saudi on Saturday for our visas to get renewed, what a nightmare, and an IKEA run, and lunch at Outback Steakhouse (??! So random).
QOTD: Probably a bunch of stuff from IKEA - finally able to organize this house!

Morning! We had a weekend away with our church down in Kent. It was absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately Georgia slept much less than she normally did, and I am exhausted. My MIL just left to go back to the states, so this week is getting back into the routine. Play groups, cleaning the house, making dinner... boring stuff like that ;-)
QOTD: I think it was a winter coat (from baby Gap) for Georgia. We also bought a new vacuum cleaner recently. Exciting, huh?

I have been up early this morning to do some cleaning and cooking. Later on today, I have a second interview and then tonight I start my German lessons. I am a bit afraid because even my teacher from last year was surprised that I was able to pass the final exam. Oh well, we all cant be superstars in everything.

Morning. My weekend was OK. Saturday was great with the Nestie GTG and a BBQ with friends. The weather was perfect for it. But Friday night I did some freelance work until midnight, and Sunday I did our expenses and taxes. Yipee.
This week is already off to a good start, though. I heard the baby's heartbeat this morning and it's nice and strong. I have book club tonight and yoga tomorrow.

My weekend was relaxing. It was nice to have nothing planned for a change. No big plans this week. I still need to clean upstairs, but Will is taking a nap. I get to continue being lazy, thankfully.

Morning! Er, afternoon I suppose. This morning I did a grocery run, went to schedule an appointment with my public OB (I think I finally decided where to give birth!), did some laundry, and soon I'm going to meet up with a friend at the mall.
My mom gets here tomorrow and I am so excited!!!
QOTD: My most recent purchase for myself was some white cotton underwear. Haha. Other than that some fitted sheets for the baby...very fascinating purchases indeed.

I am a bit late today. I am well...haven't been around in awhile, I have been busy.
Weekend was good...went to Lisbon and met my friends that had visited us the week before...they returned to the US today.
I bought a magnet in Lisbon to hang on my fridge...the day before a Lisbon Starbucks mug and a slate tile with Lisbon scenary painted on it.
O'Donnell Maternity seems to be great from everything I've heard. They have pretty much everything I'm looking for in a hospital, except letting 2 people in with me -- that is impossible apparently! It's also pretty close to our house. The midwife I spoke to who works there just gave me such a good impression...I'm looking forward to it being a good experience. I hope it all goes well!
Afternoon, ladies! Pretty good weekend overall, got back from a work trip on Friday and then just vegged around the house all weekend. Much needed relaxation!

Good morning! Today I'm going to the City Hall because I just found out that they are building a 6 story building right next door (which will mean no more light or privacy since it is barely 10 meters from our house), so I'm going to go get more info and see if there is any way to stop it (maybe get the rest of the neighborhood involved).
