Recommend your mortgage lender/ online services?
We are at 5% right now and thinking about refinancing our house. We got one quote and it sounded good at first but then I felt like there were extra fees that kept popping up so I want to compare closing costs, etc and see if we can find a better deal. Do you have someone you recommend? Have you tried Lending Tree or one of the online sites? Thanks!

Lending Tree uses out of state lenders, so be cautious. Always work with a mortgage person in MN because they know the processes, rules, etc.. I've dealt with a few out of state lenders (I'm a Realtor) and it's quite hard! Let me know if you need contacts!
