What's on the menu for the week?
Re: What's on the menu for the week?
I don't have to think about it for 2 more weeks. I'm in week 2 of the My Fit Foods 21-day challenge, so I just pick up my food and eat what they give me. DH and DS are fending for themselves. So far, I have lost about 4 pounds (probably a lot of water). The scale is pretty much stuck, but I feel and look leaner. Missing my coffee in the morning and my glass of wine (or 2) in the evening, though.
