Do you think Leslie is as well off as she appears? Even if she isn't I don't understand why Pam has been gunning for her since she showed up.

No I don't think she's that well off. I think she's playing up her wealth for the show.
And I think Pam is after her because Pam is a b*tch.
Me too. She can be annoying sometimes but she doesn't mess around.
I think she's one of those people that has some money but actually carries a lot of debt. I think that's why it took so long for her husband's estate to be sorted out- because they had to resolve his outstanding debts to settle the estate. I don't think she's lying so much as exaggerating- I just don't think she'd look as rich on paper as she makes herself out to be.
However, I know ppl that own multiple homes and while they're very stable they aren't making zillions a year like Pam's husband insists you must make to maintain homes in different states. Plus, you can see plenty of beige Ferraris on Google Images so all the stuff that Pam is holding on to as indication that she's lying doesn't seem so far-fetched to me.
