F/U to Difficult Neighbor during Selling

Yesterday the buyers signed off on the inspection contingency with no requests!

So  apparently they either didn't hear, or didn't care about, the neighbor's outburst to my realtor during inspection. We are so relieved!

Now we're just waiting for the survey to be completed, since our attorney indicated that if our fence is more than 12 inches inside our property line the buyers may require us to get a boundary line agreement from him. Hoping that's not the case.
