Amanda Knox Verdict

NOT GUILTY of murder, released from prison

Re: Amanda Knox Verdict

  • I don't know how they managed to hold her the first time. It is suspicious, very much so, but when you have DNA results that could be botched, what else was it besides really odd behavior? Look at our own Casey Anthony who had SUPER odd behavior.

They've booked her only alibi for murder as well so if she wasn't guilty, she really didn't have a leg to stand on.

It drives me crazy trying to figure out what really happened in these situations.

    Happiest place on Earth!

  • Wait what?? How did I miss that?

I think they really didn't have sufficient enough evidence to prove she did it. Wonder what her life will be like when she gets back to the US.

  • I hate how, in these cases, it's likely we'll never know what really happened.

But like Renee, I didn't understand how they charged her in the first place. The whole story is just so odd. The supposed sex game, the attempt to make it look like a break-in... so odd. But the whole thing (method of her murder) just seemed like something a man would do to a woman--not a woman to a woman? I tend to think that she truly is innocent.

Regardless, there was definitely not enough evidence, so I'm glad to see "justice" served in that way. Very sad for the victim's family, though. It seems they believed she was guilty.

  • I'm with Renee and Heather-- I just can't stand that we will never know the truth about what happened.
