*What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? How many hours?* Friday: 20 minutes of zumba, Saturday: 26 minutes of yoga
*How was I successful this week ?* Exercising Saturday despite being sick.
*Any slips or set backs this week?* Not eating regularly or well, despite being unable to exercise, not exercising in the early part of the week.
*My motivation for losing weight?* Losing weight and getting fit before it gets really hard as I get older, fitting into my suits.

How much weight have I lost this week?
about .2 lbs, seriously just probably water fluctuation. as of last week I was done 1 lb. I don't expect the final 5 to come off easily.
What eating plan are you following? Healthy, reduced calorie.What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? I walked, gymed, pilates, etc.How was I successful this week ? I consistently exercised.Any slips or set backs this week? Being really upset this weekend caused me to not eat a lot and when I did it was not healthy.My motivation for losing weight? I'm SOCLOSE to my pre preg weight.Wild Card!!! I suck at wild cards.Today is not my actualy weigh-in day, but I stepped on the scale anyway. I'm down 1.5 pounds from last week! Wahoo!
Following Weight Watchers
Um, I ran once. I'm not good at excersizing right now. Last week was crazy at work, and stressful outside of work. Working out just didn't happen.
I had a few slip ups. Some days I ate stuff I shouldn't have. But, Nothing lasted more than a day, so I'm okay with it.
I want to be cute again, and fit into my old clothes.
I made the most awesome monster cookies yesterday. Hard not to eat the leftovers for breakfast.

How much weight have I lost this week? 1.1lbs
What eating plan are you following? Weight Watchers
What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? Picked up running again
How was I successful this week ? I had some slip ups last weekend with funeral parties and going out to eat. But otherwise pretty successful, still under for my total weekly points

My motivation for losing weight? I signed up for the Disney Princess Half Marathon on Feb 26th. Hopefully this motivates me to kick things into high gear. It's going to be a real pain in the butt to train in the winter, so hopefully I can keep motivated.
?What eating plan are you following? ?We've been using the Paleo diet as a guide. We aren't 100% Paleo.
What kind of exercise have I engaged in over this past week? Walked
How was I successful this week ? Being good about my diet. It was so tempting to eat other things that we knew we couldn't have, but I'm glad we didn't give in. Hubby and I have been motivating each other.
Any slips or set backs this week? I had a can of Coke yesterday. I used to drink at least 2 cans a day, but I completely went cold turkey. As a little treat to myself for doing so good, I just had 1 can and will not have another until maybe next Sunday. Surprisingly, I thought it tasted really weird. I could really care less if I had another one next weekend.
My motivation for losing weight? I plan on doing BPics for hubby as an anniversary gift.
Wild Card!!! ?I feel like going home, cuddling under the covers, watch my DVR'd shows, watch football while drinking some sugarless hot chocolate.

Any slips or set backs this week? I've been feeling stress this week and bought a delicious carton of Blue Bell. At the end of a long day of enduring temper tantrums, which I feel we can call terrible twos even though Nate's not quite two, I feel like I need a treat, and a low-calorie option just doesn't seem like a treat...
Wild Card!!! I was able to get into my biggest post-Nate jeans this week. My incision is still too sensitive to wear them, but fastening them felt successful.
What eating plan are you following? Same - Herbalife and calorie counting.

How was I successful this week ?We went to eat at Cheescake factory with friends. They have a "skinny" menu and I was able to get a sangria and meal all within my daily calories!!!
Any slips or set backs this week?I went to the State Fair of Texas yesterday. I ate all the fried things I wanted to try (I shared with a friend). Was it bad to do? Yes - worth it? HECK YES!
