I am thankful that I get to see all my family this week! I cannot WAIT to just squeeze my nieces and nephew! Oh, which brings me to having to share...
Holy cow Danie they are SO freakin adorable!!! You must be such a proud aunt :-)
I'm thankful that DH is so sweet to me when I'm having cramps and got out of bed last night to go get me some advil so I could sleep, and helped fry chicken for dinner last night. I could not do it without him!
I'm thankful that after having the kids for a week solid I didn't want to kill them lol. They're going to their mom's for a week solid so I'm sure I'll miss them now. I took SD to Dorney Park and a friend of hers too, and they had a great time. They behaved well and I enjoyed it too.
I'm also thankful the next two Phils/ Cards games are earlier so I don't have to stay up so late to watch!

I'm thankful for the kick-ass menu I picked out for this week. I'm excited to eat everything!
I'm thankful the weather appears to have turned to what I like to call "Florida Fall" - no more humidity, chilly-ish in the morning but still pool/beach weather during the day.
I'm thankful that I'm FINALLY getting my haircut this week - I'm a mess!
I have several this week:
I am thankful the President is not landing in StL until after I get home. I really did not want to deal with the highway shut down along with baseball traffic.
I am thankful for awesome weather that has allowed me to get out of the office at lunch to walk or just get fresh air.
Danie the kids are so cute!
I am thankful that I get to go on a work trip to Denver tomorrow, which means I get to see the girl I roomed with when I studied abroad in Australia in 2007. I haven't seen her since then but we have kept in touch over the years. I am so excited!
I am thankful that my doctor has certified me nuts yet because of my OCD with organization!
I am thankful that Shaun is starting to look for a different job!

I'm thankful that I was able to get together with my old coworkers tonight for a sushi dinner and 4 hour gabfest. I love my new job but I really miss them!
I'm thankful that even though I almost "scrambled" the custard last night, my chocolate ice cream turned out delicious! Lesson learned, don't let egg custard come to a boiling point

I'm thankful that the Yankees are winning (it's the bottom of the 5th right now)
I'm thankful for the great forecast for the rest of this week, especially this Sunday. We're going pumpkin picking with the whole family and having everyone over. I hope the weather stays nice so the kids can play outside a little!
