Townhouse Landscaper Rec?

Have a small job I need done in our tiny townhouse backyard.  Anyone have any recs?  Can you give me some ideas on what to budget for a project like this?  We'll be having a few bushes and shrubs that are overgrown pulled out, 2 beds removed, sod or seed laid and a little bit of planting.  Most of the yard is a patio so there isn't a lot of space...  Appreciate your recs/suggestions/info!

Re: Townhouse Landscaper Rec?

  • I've worked with Meadows Farms before.  They do design & install.  They are in MD & VA.

As for price, it really depends on sqft & the price of the plants you'll want (some bushes are cheap, others are expensive).  I'd budget a few thousand at least (could be less, but that's higher end ballpark).  You can certainly do cheaper (like, if you did all the work yourselves) but having a designer help you out & having people that are trained in install not only makes it easier but prevents you from making mistakes (plant selections that don't match your enviroment, not realizing design considerations, improper planting---especially of shrubs...)
