You know the internet has ruined you when....
When you see a bumper sticker that says "IRL" and you immediately think of "In Real Life" and wonder to yourself why the heck they have a sticker that says that and then realize it's for "Ireland". Yep, I was just driving back from a meeting and this happened to me. Der.
Nick says the internet has ruined him b/c he frequents a message board where they are brutal with a capital B and so he always has to stop him when commenting on friends and family's facebook posts.

I have totally done the same with the IRL thing.
This is more computer related but one time a few years ago, a friend of ours threw a cigarette in a bush at our house and it burned. Our friends were wondering what to do about it and I seriously suggested copy and pasting one of the other ones. For a split second I seriously thought you could.

I find myself wanting to block people in normal conversations where there are more than two people talking like at a party, or if I can overhear a conversation someone else is having (happens with MIL a LOT).
