My cousin is having a wedding reception at the Old Mattress Factory in a few weeks. They were married in Colorado. The invites were pretty formal, but kids are invited.
Would dressy, dark wash jeans be OK?
Re: what to wear post
well then, will someone go shopping for me?

Granted I don't know jack about the Old Matress Factory....but I would never say jeans are okay for a wedding reception, especially if there were formal invites sent out. I don't think that having kids invited or not makes any difference....
I would say dress pants are okay, it's fall and could be chilly.
Ohhhh my favorite look is the paisley print fall dresses with tights and boots (ie not high-heeled crazy things but knee high riding boots) so comfy!!! Kohls online has some cute options of all three things!!
Jeans are never acceptable wedding reception attire-IMO. Unless the wedding reception invitation says jeans on it, don't wear them.
Slacks and a nice top are ok since its a little less formal.
I just bought this dress and NY&CO and it's fabulous! Online its $39.00 now, so I assume same in store? I think it was $65 regular price and it's really flattering. It comes in pink and a beige color too.
Ditto the no jeans.
What about a cute longer dress (like the maxi dresses) with a cardigan and a pair of flats (ballet type shoes)?
And if you can order from the bar, you have to try the Cilantro Mojito. Yummy!
