Planning Bio
Married Bio
In no particular order, and mainly stuff that has bothered me in the last couple days:
1) Co-workers who feel entitled enough to treat me like their personal assistant.
2) When people sit next to me on the bus and they take over more than 1 bus seat and spill themselves or their belongings onto my seat/my space.
3) When I want to order something at a restaurant that has chicken/bacon/other meat added to it, and when I ask for that particular meal sans meat, I don't get the meal at a cheaper price.
4) When I try to organize a GTG for a particular day/time, and NO ONE responds with a real Yay or Nay....
5) Pushy phone solicitors at work. I really wish I could get away with cussing them out at work.

Seattle Knotties: Please page me if you send me a PM!
1) people who complain about the weather (unless it's extreme circumstances unnatural to the area)
2) people who don't vote
3) people who borrow things and forget to return it
4) indecisive people in line in front of you
5) people who are know-it-alls, but really aren't.

1) Elevator chargers. Please make sure everyone has gotten off before you go charging in!
2) Moms who go around saying "you don't understand how rough life can be, I have CHILDREN!" as if it's the worst thing that's ever happened to them
3) loud breathers
4) people being SUPER loud waiting to get into the conference room next to my office
5) people being unnecessarily rude or snarky with someone who is waiting on them (restaurant server, barista, grocery store clerk, etc)

...more to come!
- Not signalling when turning/changing lanes/etc.
- Improper usage of lanes: turning into the wrong lane (good one KST), passing on the right, going slow on the left, etc.
- Pluralizing with 's. It's never called for in English and i don't understand why people do it. And it's getting more common.
- Use of the terms "vajayjay" and "aunt flo"
- Failure to handwash
Best sound ever: baby's heartbeat! (Heard @ 10w1d)
1. People who come into the quiet room in the coffee shop I frequent with their friends and start talking really loudly.
2. People who keep library books after they've finished when there's a waitlist.
3. People who don't pay attention to their laundry in our laundry room at our apartments and leave it sitting in the washer for hours on end.
4. People who can't sit still.
5. People who want to have a full blown, serious conversation through text.
2010: 41 books, 2011: 31 books, 2012: 100 books
Ah, forgot this one!
2010: 41 books, 2011: 31 books, 2012: 100 books
~People who can't park their compact cars in just one parking spot.
~People who don't use their turn signal at all
~People who drive the speed limit or below in the carpool lane
~People who can't return their cart to the proper spot in a parking lot and leave them wherever or put them up on the grass
~People that expect me to move over on the sidewalk when I have no room to move over and am pushing the stroller.
1. People who make excuses about everything. ("Well, you know I just don't have time to do that for you even though I said I would." or "I'm a single mother in school and starting my own business, why should your activity rules apply to me?" or "I didn't mean to be two hours late and didn't even call.")
2. Drivers. There's just too many peeves related to driving that it'd be more than five. Drivers just piss me off in general. People who hog lanes on the highway going 30 miles per hour. Old drivers (this is totally ageist, but I think after the age of 55? You need to take the driving exam once a year to requalify for your license.). People who don't use their turn signals. People who over use them. People who can't seem to decide what lane they want to be in. People who try to turn right from the middle lane at a four-way and don't seem to even realize they're not allowed to. People who take 30 seconds to decide to go after the green light has gone up. People who don't understand how four way stops work. People who don't understand how round abouts work. People... yeah...
3. Entitled bicyclists. Need I say more? :P
4. Facebook stalkers. Not in the traditional sense, I'm sure we all facebook stalk our exes and ex-bffs and whatever. But I have this girl who was a FB friend whose /mom/ questions her about my facebook acct (her mom and my mom used to be friends and aren't anymore) and then they take things from my FB account to bring up as conversation pieces with my mom. She's not a FB friend anymore and can't understand why not. This is the mom who had the audacity to tell my mom at my best friend's wedding: If you pay for our hotel room, we'd be more than happy to come to Amy's wedding. (No one in her family was invited.)
5. Stupid people. I'm having one of those days where I just want to kick anyone who asks me a stupid question in the head. ._.
1. People who don't use their turn indicator.
2. People who don't put things back where they found them.
3. Grammatical and spelling errors.
4. People who use text speak.
5. People who stand too close to me in line.
my currently-reading shelf:
1. Loud/unnecessary noises/movements.
2. People who drive too.damn.slow.
3. Women who wear leggings as pants.
4. People who have an excuse/story for everything.
5. Bodily functions.
what about men?
sorry ladies. i'm turn-signal offender. i bet you all hate me now....but at least i admitted it. that's the first step toward recovery, right?
