Ok, I told you girls about Junk Jaunt, the 300-mile garage sale route that happens out here every September, and that I filled my garage with projects to last me until next year.
Anyway, I wrote a blog post about a few of them and I want some opinions on what to do. The first is a small bench that could be cute at the end of DD's bed or in our mudroom, then I posted about how to make over my "new" dining room table. Do I strip and stain it or paint the bottom white and strip and stain the top? There's also a finished project in there.

Re: LIS: Opinions needed
Ok, I tried to leave a comment on blogger, but it's being stupid. So here are my two cents:
Ok, so caning is hard to do and expensive if you have someone else do it. I would just make it into a padded bench. It's going to be the cheapest/easiest option. I'm planning on doing this to a chair that I have. So maybe I'm a little partial. :-)
