Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

A/C & furnace servicing
We need to have our a/c & furnace serviced, any recommendations?
(this is just for annual maintenance, we aren't currently having issues)

Wycoff, LOVE THEM! They're amazing! Plus my H is friends w/ one of the owners, so we know we're not getting screwed.
Stay away from Service Legends, they'll try to sell you their 'plan' that's $20 a month. NOT worth it, their CS is horrible. We had a guy at our house for 5hrs, and he 'thought' he fixed the issue. I told H we should have gone to Wycoff first off. Instead we blow $300+ for a 'maybe' fix. I was NOT happy!
