  • I really don't exercise ever.  I try to live an active lifestyle and walk/take the stairs whenever possible. I've never been overweight, but I do try to watch my diet to maintain a healthy weight that I'm happy with.

  • I said rarely b/c I've been in the rarely rut for a while.  But I go on kicks of working out all the time and then not, but it's been a while since of I've been working out regularly.  I keep trying to get back into a routine, but it's not working.

  • I'm doing C25K right now, so that's three days a week and then I also go to the gym and lift weights and do at least twenty minutes of cardio three days a week. This just started in August, though, after I got my doctor's okay.
