Nanny position
There is a family who lives near me (southwest Iowa) who is looking for a nanny. At first, I believe they were looking for live-in, but now it sounds like they don't care - ha! They have two sets of twins - all boys and the youngest are just a month or so old. I'm not positive on the older set's ages.

I don't know how she would be able to leave the house! We have friends that had two sets of twins, one year apart. Both sets were boy/girl. They are juniors and seniors in HS now.
