Re: Happy Friday
Saturday we're going to a wedding. Alex is one of three flower girls in a wedding. It's my brother's wife's parents. They divorced about six years ago and are getting remarried in their other daughter's backyard. I found out last weekend that a dress was bought for Alex to match the other two girls and if we go, she is a flower girl. Very last minute and very odd, but oh well. Should be a nice day anyway.
Sunday no real plans. I wanted to go apple picking, but it's going to be in the mid 80s which doesn't sound very fall like, but it may be our only chance this month to go. So we'll see. H is planning on building Alex a new bed, so maybe he'll work on that.
Monday, H doesn't have the day off, but I always do. I'm going to the park where I took Alex's 2 year pics and taking pics of my cousin's kids. Then to a BFing class so I can get some info to make an informed decision on whehter or not it's for me.
YEA!!! FRIDAY! Really happy it is friday! hahahaha
Really no clue what is going on this weekend. DH and FIL are going to be installing portions of the fence. So the family plans for the weekend will revolve around that.
But would love to go apple picking / to the pumpkin patch. There is a pumpkin festival near by over the weekend that could be fun to go to.
Going to be gorgeous so plan to be outside as much as possible! Maybe go to this science center that is a light hiking trail and see all the animals being rehabilitated. Or possibly go to a farm near by that has a petting zoo that also seems to be having a pumpkin festival too.

Work has been like a monkey on my back all week long. Ugh.
It is suppose to be gorgeous this weekend so I think we'll take Zac to the pumpkin patch. On Sunday the Motorcycle Club puts on a The Devil's Staircase, it's actually really neat - dirt bikes try to ride up a really steep hill. So we'll go to that to support my family who is a part of that.
Other than that my house needs a deep clean.
We're taking a break this weekend and staying home to relax our wallets/livers. We'll probably see a movie tonight and watch the game with some friends tomorrow. Sunday I hope to go apple picking and I have book club that afternoon. DH will probably go play football or watch Sunday ticket with the house husbands of book club.
Janie and I have plans to meet up with Jack and Katie (Katiedom) on Sunday!! Looking forward to that.
Tomorrow - probably mostly stuff around the house. Boring, but necessary.
Tonight: going to the Sugarland concert with my mama.
Other than that, no plans aside from continuing this seemingly never ending project I've started of painting the nightstands/dresser we have. I've set a goal to finish the nightstands and let them cure and start the dresser this weekend. We shall see.
Monday I have off, and I look forward to it.
I also have some trials to prepare for and work to catch up on, so that's probably where my Saturday night will be spent.
I work this evening so no major plans.
Tomorrow we are heading to KC to meet with another realtor about selling our house. We will do some cleaning and small projects to get it ready to go on the market. The Mizzou game is at 2:30 so we plan to get to KC early to get a bunch done before the game.
Sunday we will finish up house projects and head home. I'm really not looking forward to this weekend, but we have to get all of this done so we can get rid of that darn house.
I've had a horribly sore throat and headache the last couple of days and I hope it goes away ASAP so I can enjoy the weekend.
I have a mani/pedi appt tomorrow that I'm so looking forward to and DH is off early, so I'm hoping we can knock a good chunk off our to-do list.
Sunday is supposed to have gorgeous weather, so we plan on taking Taryn to the pumpkin patch in the morning/early-afternoon. In the evening, DH gets to treat his employees to a dinner out, so we're heading to Dave & Busters!
I'm looking forward to a pretty fun weekend! Well, aside from the chores and homework that we'll have to fit in there.
Working all alone at the office. I don't think I can take four more hours of boredom...
We're going to visit my grandparents for the weekend. The whole family is going to help them get some projects done on their house. It's the only way we could convince them to keep their large house on the lake, aside from the tanked housing market. They are physically unable to care for the house, so we're all headed there to knock out a whole slew of projects.
I wish I was home in bed watching DVRed episodes of Millionaire Matchmaker and Four Weddings...
