    My DH does many things. He works at a industrial automation company where he does tech support, teaches week long classes on how to use the product, runs/designed/maintenance for the company website, and is IT for the building. He's your all around brilliant computer nerd :)

    It sounds like emotionally draining work.  A previous board regular changed careers to be a dispatcher about a year ago.  Her descriptions of the pre-employment screenings were interesting.  I haven't talked to her since right after she started, but she was really happy about the switch.
