Geez it takes forever to buy a house!
All our other purchases were pretty straight forward, but this one is starting to really drag out and it's not even a SS or foreclosure!
We looked at the house...three times (it's old) and then it took us a week to get together with our realtor and get answers to our questions to put in an offer. Then a few days for negotiations.
A week later we got in for the inspection. 2 days after that we meet with our Realtor for the inspection items we want and we are back in negotiations. Ugh. I just hope this guy takes what we are asking for because it really is fair.
I can't wait til it's over!

We had a 60 day escrow and I feel like it flew by.
I was comparing it to the 5 long months it took to sell our first house though!
